In collaboration with Craven College, we invite you to immerse yourself in a thrilling experience that combines the talents of catering students and performance art students. Can you solve the murder before the night is over?
Hosted in our Rosewood Suite, this special event showcasing the culinary skills of Craven College’s catering students. Guests are treated to a gourmet dinner, complete with exquisite dishes and delightful presentations. Meanwhile, the performance art students are set to dazzle the audience with a series of captivating acts. But as the night unfolds, the atmosphere takes a dark turn when a shocking murder occurs.
Join us for this interactive murder mystery event.  Bring your detective instincts and culinary curiosity as you work to uncover the truth.

Starters

Duck & Orange Parfait (GF, DF)
Smooth and flavourful duck parfait infused with orange, served with sweet fig chutney and toasted sourdough.

Salmon Rosette (GF)
Delicately rolled salmon set on a bed of fresh rocket, finished with a cream cheese, lemon & dill dressing.

Chef’s Homemade Soup (V, VG, DF)
Roasted vine tomato and basil, garnished with herb oil

Main Courses

Chicken Supreme (GF)
Succulent chicken breast served with fondant potato, carrots and kale, finished with a rich mushroom and bacon cream sauce.

Pan-Fried Salmon (GF)
Crisp-skinned salmon fillet accompanied by buttered new potatoes, carrots and kale, served with a light dill and cream sauce.

Mushroom & Butternut Squash Wellington (V, VG, DF)
Golden baked Wellington filled with mushroom and butternut squash, served with new potatoes, carrots, kale and rich gravy.

Desserts

Sticky Toffee Pudding
With a warm toffee sauce, served with vanilla pod ice cream.

Bake Lemon Tart
A smooth lemon tart with crisp pastry, served with fresh berry compote.
