From the moment you arrive, it’s all about comfort. Settle in with our delicious home-baked biscuits and a proper cup of Yorkshire tea, before unwinding in your room. Every en-suite bathroom is stocked with fluffy white towels and a curated selection of quality toiletries, perfect for a little everyday luxury. There’s no need to rush — linger a little longer in bed, refresh at an unhurried pace, and ease into the day while we prepare a generous Yorkshire breakfast to set you up beautifully.

We also offer a small number of dog-friendly rooms for guests wishing to bring their four-legged companion along (dog fee applies). As not all of our rooms are pet friendly, please contact the hotel directly prior to arrival to ensure you are allocated one of these rooms.

For added flexibility, early check-in from 1.00pm is available for £25 or extend your stay with a late check-out until 12.00pm for £25.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests. You’re welcome to arrive ahead of check-in, park with ease, and take time to explore the charm of Skipton’s historic market town. EV parking is available for an additional fee. The hotel has one disabled parking space; however, our carpark is situated near the hotel and on a flat level. 

Important Notice

We’re pleased to share that a new lift has been installed on one side of the hotel. Please note that lift access is available only to rooms located in the newer part of the building.

Due to the original section of the hotel being a Grade II listed building, lift access is not available throughout, and there are no ground-floor rooms. If you require a lift-accessible room, please contact our reception team on 01756 792 781 prior to arrival.
