 Beetroot & rocket soup with chive mascarpone.

Fresh seafood platter of prawns, smoked salmon, green lip mussels & crab served with a rocket salad & garlic mayonnaise.

Pea & mint risotto with crispy pancetta.

Duck liver parfait with salad leaves, pear chutney & toasted onion bread.

Mains

 roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables

Char grilled rump steak topped with Roquefort butter, chunky chips & tomato fondue.

Breast of chicken stuffed with asparagus & smoked Applewood, wrapped in bacon and served on a fresh tomato sauce.

Halibut steak with queen scallop served with a fennel & crab bisque.

Light puff pastry filled with sautéed mushrooms, asparagus & a poached egg topped with gruyere cheese. (V)
